Exciting Announcements

Website Redesign Update

We've given the Soapbox website a makeover, and the changes are live! Click here to see what's new. Additionally, please note that these changes will not impact your Soapbox account.

BigCommerce Integration

Our direct BigCommerce integration is live! To see this change, navigate to Storefront Overview in your Soapbox account and select Add a Storefront. There, you will now have the option to sync BigCommerce storefronts with your Soapbox account.

Get Back $$$ Through the ERC Program

The Employee Retention Credit, or ERC, is a federal program created as an incentive for employers to retain their employees during COVID-19. Employers who were impacted by COVID-19 government orders or who experienced a reduction in revenue may be eligible for up to $33,000 in credit per employee.

Soapbox is partnering with HIREtech to assist employers with qualifying for and maximizing this credit. Don't leave money on the table! Fill out this brief form here to see if you qualify for the ERC credit.

Feature Releases: June 2021

We made many software updates in June, including:

• Orders imported with a preferred service default to the least expensive rate of that service type
• Pack list added label cover sheets
• Users can now filter orders by Domestic/International shipments
• Users will be alerted when packaging stock is low
• Users will be alerted when batches are on hold
• 3PL users have the ability to adjust stock at warehouse-level
• Additional bug fixes, performance enhancements, and quality of life improvements
