Design, develop, test, and iterate on best in class eCommerce fulfillment software built with Python/Django and JavaScript/React in a fast-paced, agile environment
Collaborate with a globally distributed team of other engineers, UX designers, product managers, and other technical teams to create intuitive and powerful user experiences
Mentor junior engineers through training, individual support, code reviews, and pair programming
Own projects from end to end - manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing success of technical projects
WHO YOU ARE
You have 5+ years of experience with Python, 3+ years of experience with Django, and a familiarity with Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
You have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs
You are familiar with common architecture and design patterns
You are proficient in working with Git and understand version control strategies
You are familiar with and have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) products
You have working knowledge of databases and SQL (we use Postgres)
(Nice to have) You have some experience developing eCommerce software
